Mission

    Our mission is to help every individual we support to identify the ways in which they want to grow and change their lives, and then guide, support, and assist them through their journey.

    Compassionate Care Givers Inc.’s goal is to provide exceptional service and build a long lasting relationship with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges; people with physical, emotional and psychological challenges in New Jersey, by supporting them to reach their full potential through providing resources and services that will help them integrate into the community with minimal difficulties.

    At Compassionate Care Givers Inc., the people we support come first and their opinions are very important.

    Our overall goal is to serve humanity with a higher purpose.

Our Vision

Our vision is to provide a society in which individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities exercise their rights and have the opportunities and choices that would enable them to live a normal life and contribute their worth to society like everyone else.

It is our conviction that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a good and happy life in the community, having access to resources that society provides to enable people achieve their life time goals and objectives. Compassionate Care Givers believes that people with developmental, physical and mental challenges have unique abilities and strengths which must be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their disabilities.

To ensure that we provide the best services, we partner with the Division of Developmental Disabilities and other service provider agencies in the community- with the same mission of serving the population that our organization works with, to enable everyone who needs services, have access to such services. Our experienced and dedicated staff takes great pride in the quality of services they provide.

Our Goal / Objectives

The goal of Compassionate care Givers Inc., is to provide skilled direct care to individuals with disabilities by offering personalized alternatives to traditional care & living services while upholding our goals and core values/beliefs.Our determination is to help everyone attain independence.

Unlike many other providers, our services are crafted to provide all individuals in our programs,with a HOME in which they can personalize to their comfort level, receive quality direct care and also receive the one- on- one attention they deserve.

Advocacy

Compassionate Care Givers Inc., is a strong advocate for those with developmental disabilities, and we speak weekly in the public forum. We encourage all those involved with our programs to "spread the word" to increase awareness of issues affecting those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Training is a key part of our philosophy which ensures that service recipients get the best in quality and service for their needs. When it comes to customer service and quality of work, Compassionate Care Givers Inc. strives to be the best.
